Contract management

The Sales Director would be your main point of contact throughout the life of the contract; however satisfactory day to day liaison would be achieved by the allocation of a dedicated Customer Services Representative.

The Technical Director, oversees the Technical Department, which consists of 6 highly trained Technical Contract Development Managers all of which are NICEIC approved Qualifying Supervisors. These people are responsible for the training and technical integrity of the work undertaken by our operatives and for on-site delivery.

The Fire Alarm & Security Contract Manager is responsible for the training and technical integrity of the work undertaken by our operatives and for on-site in respect of Fire & Security contracts.

The Operations Director oversees Customer Services and within that department the Booking Team Leader arranges the diary and associated needs of the Testing Schedule. 4 Booking Staff liaise with customers on site.

A further 8 dedicated customer service staff deal with reporting, incoming calls, and administrative duties ensuring that someone is available to assist you at all times.

The Finance Manager oversees the Accounts Office and assumes responsibility for issuing invoices and any invoice related queries.

A strict management system is adhered to.
